Sizes

1. HEIGHT – take your shoes off, with your back against a wall, stand straight but naturally. Place a ruler on your head: place a dot on the spot where the ruler touches the wall and measure the distance from the dot to the floor.

2. CHEST – pass the tape measure on the broader back, under your arms, and the protruding part of the chest.
 
3. WAIST – you measure the natural waist curve (you may tie a string around the middle torso in order to locate it).
 
4. HIP – place the measure tape around the bulkiest part, usually 18 to 23 cm below waist.
