How does EarBOX’s system work ?
EARBOXWEAR S.A has developed an unique system that integrates speakers through a double lining from the hood of the sweat- shirts to a pocket . This system allows you to listen to music without ever turning off the world around you. This system greatly increases the level of road safety for pedestrians or alternative vehicles such as bicycles, skates or segways .
It’s an original method that offers new solutions for hearing problems and increases the level of road safety.

Where can I buy an EarBOX ?

EARBOXWEAR S.A. is not responsible for products purchased at any other points of sale not authorized by EARBOXWEAR S.A.
Where are EarBOX clothes produced?
All products are made in Braga, Portugal.
Can I wash the audio system ?
The audio system are is not washable. EARBOXWEAR S.A. is not responsible for water damage or misuse of the system. The audio system must be removed from the product before wash. It cannot go to the dryer machine either.
The audio system has a 2 year warranty.
EarBOX’s audio system has a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is defective from production, EARBOXWEAR S.A. is responsible for that. The warranty does not cover damages to the products due to misuse.
All of the EarBOX products have the audio system?
All our products with hoodie have a built-in audio system. This system consists on integrated speakers in the hood. The output wire is a 3.5 mm jack. The audio system has a 2 year warranty.
Can I walk in the rain with EarBOX products?
The audio system is covered with Portuguese cork. This material is semi -waterproof thereby ensuring that you can walk in the rain with them.
Are the sizes different from other brands?
Our sizes do not differ much from the sizes of other brands because they are measured according to the European standards.
If the size I want doesn’t appear on the site, do you have it somewhere else?
If the size or product you desire does not appear on the site, it means that we do not have that product in stock.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods available are Paypal or Visa.

Returns & Exchanges
As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Should you wish to return your item(s) please email us explaining the reason for your return request, within 15 days from receiving your order.

Returns/exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s). Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our returns/exchange policy:
For purchases made by paypal the refund is made by the same way.
For purchases made by other payments methods the refund is made by bank transfer.
We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.
Items must not be damaged.
Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.
Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
Store credits are non-transferable.
Upon dispute, EarBOX reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by EarBOX. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging or refunding your order in store credits

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item
If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by EarBOX.
